This is my first try at doing a blog. I am not quite sure yet what I wish to focus on. I guess I will simply play it by ear and just try to express my feelings, experiences and/or comments on what is happening around me.
Today, Tim and I nearly finished working on a bookcase which will hopefully get my books and references organised for my coursework in university. It is presently in Tim's observatory to allow the glue to dry and keep it safe from the weather. By next weekend I hope to be able to install it where it will live at least for the next school term.
I must say how wonderful it feels to be able to accomplish something with my hands again. It has been a long while since I had used my hands to create something. Mind you, most of the work was done by my dear husband; I was merely his able sidekick. At the end of the day, we had spent a wonderful time doing something together.
